We have an issue in our house that our home warranty keeps refusing to fix and Kevin looked until he found exactly what is happening with that issue so we are able to go back to the warranty company. Kevin was fantastic. He was quick, responsive and accommodating. He met us when we needed for him to meet us. In addition to his punctuality, he was so thorough. He gave us all the information on where the house was and the condition of the house. He gave sound council on anything that would be of concern and made us feel very comfortable with the condition of our soon to be new to us home. While our home is not brand new, we know what could be of concern and can make plans in confidence to make improvements to further the life of our new home all due to the sound inspection from Kevin.
